A new generation of facilities

The Phase One campus has been purpose-built to provide a new generation learning environment for school-leavers and adults in Thurrock. Over its three boldly-coloured floors, there are a wide range of spaces from impressive dance studios, workshops and art studios to an IT design suite, quiet study centre and relaxed eating space.
It’s with this combination of the latest facilities and our expert, one-to-one support,
that you will be able to better succeed at Thurrock Learning Campus. The Phase
One campus also hosts a dedicated IT centre, providing vendor certification
for professionals.

So what’s different about our facilities?

High-performance technology…and wireless!

Throughout the Campus’ three floors you can enjoy the use of over 300 PCs and Macs. This really is the best IT set-up in the area with a high number of computers per student. There’s also a wireless connection so you can access the network wherever and whenever you need!

The best learning resources online

Through “seeNet”, the College Intranet, you can quickly and easily find what you need from a huge range of learning resources and support material. Our intranet is one of the best in the country and hosts over 5 million pages!

Art spaces – with the right light!

Our art studios on the 2nd floor are very large spaces, designed to allow for
multi-group work in a range of curriculum areas from fine art to fashion. What’s more they have been carefully positioned facing the north side, providing the best lighting for artists!

Relaxed eating space

There’s a great place to eat and chat with friends on the ground floor.
